I do not recommend the doctor

I visited him for ear pain on 7-8-20. He gave a drop and medicines. And did ear cleaning after 2 days. Took 500 rs seperate for cleaning apart from 500 rs of consultation charges and seperate medicine charges. After 3-4 days the ear starts paining again and I am told to pay again the consultation charges and so because prescription is expired. In short I have spent some 1500 rs ******* *** ****** *** *** ******* ***** * *** ***** ******* *** **** And he also has own medical store inside the clinic ** ******** ******* ***** ** ****** **** ********

Dear Mr. Ajay, Thanks for your feedback. It was very well explained to you beforehand about cleaning charges. Ear cleaning has always been free at our place but due to exorbitant increase in expenditures due to the ongoing Covid pandemic, we have temporarily introduced these charges. Moreover we have not increased the consultation fees. If your ear pain reappeared, its not because of wax (which was removed) but probably due to some other cause like fungal infection which is common in this season. Consultation fees is valid for 5 days & the validity is clearly mentioned in your prescription. Yes we have an authorised medical store with license in our centre for the convenience of patients as in most other centres. But patient is free to purchase medicines from any chemist of his choice.

I do not recommend the doctor

I had read very good reviews about this gentleman, but unfortunately they all seem to be requested by the doctor/his team. Mainly what disappointed me was his extremely extremely rude behaviour which is in sharp contrast with all the reviews. He was just in a hurry to hush me out. I deeply regret visiting the doctor and hope he would improve on his attitude. Also I know he will now answer scathingly to my reviews just as he is in person.
